TURN AROUND TIME

Standard turnaround time for most orders is 5-10 business days from the time we receive your garments from our distributor. Some types of prints may take longer, such as full color process, orders with custom printed size labels, or orders over 5,000 pieces. We do our best to keep our turnaround time as quick as possible and average around 7 working days. However, if you NEED your garments by a certain deadline, let us know up front prior to your order, and we can see if it’s possible— rush fees would likely apply.

MINIMUMS

We require a minimum of 36 pieces per design and garment style/color.

PAYMENT

Invoices must be paid in full at time of pick up. We do offer terms to our repeat customers, so please contact us regarding setting up terms for you. If your organization requires different methods please contact us.

ART GUIDELINES

All art must be submitted at 300dpi resolution or higher, and sized to actual print size. Vector files are preferred. Acceptable formats are EPS, PSD, AI, and PDF. We will contact you once we review your submission regarding any questions or comments. We have an art department that can create designs if you need graphics.

ART APPROVAL

For each order Barrel Maker Printing will submit a proof for customer approval. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that all of the information on the proof is correct. This includes checking for any spelling, grammar, or design errors. If an error is found after your order has been approved and printed, Barrel Maker Printing will not be held liable for the cost associated with reprinting the order. We assume no liability for errors in designs approved by the customer.

COLOR MATCHING

All colors in a design will be matched to the closest humanly possible, however we do not guarantee exact PMS matching due to the nature of printing on fabrics.

PRINT LOCATION & PRINT SIZE

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide details in regard to print placement and size. If no details are provided, we will print in standard location and dimensions. We recommend that you print out your design, and lay it onto your favorite shirt to calculate design size and placement. Please keep in mind the scale of the print will vary on different sized garments and all items of an order will be printed with the same set of screens, unless a resize is ordered.

PRINT PLACEMENT VARIANCE

Although we have the latest automated presses and equipment, we still need humans to load and unload the garments onto the press. Due to this, we cannot be held liable for printing placements less than a 1” in variance. Our printers create markers to help guide them align the garments onto the press, and place the garments so that each print falls as close to our digital mock ups as possible.

MANUFACTURE INVENTORY

Due to the wide variety of brands, styles, colors, and sizes (we do not stock blank garments) we cannot predict how long it takes for our vendors to supply us with the blanks. In general, we receive your blanks 2 days after we order them from our distributors. From time to time the manufacture may be out of stock on ordered items. Graphic Facts will not be held liable for delays due to manufacture out of stocks or discontinued items. In these cases the customer will be notified immediately and provided with other options.

MANUFACTURE DEFECTS

We cannot be held responsible for garment inconsistencies related to size, shade, or construction. We suggest ordering extra garments to account for such defects.

OVER & UNDER RUN

Graphic Facts will not be held responsible for spoilage due to inconsistencies in the print on up to 3% of the order total. Our team will remove any misprinted or defected garments at time of packing your order, and any shortages will be deducted from your final invoice. PLEASE NOTE: If you have an event or exact quantities are needed you will need to either account for this spoilage or let us know in advance that the order needs to be exact.

All orders within the Under/Over Run Allowance of the ordered quantity will be considered acceptable for delivery. For this reason, we highly recommend you order extra garments for each size. Graphic Facts will not be responsible for profit loss on under runs.

WATER BASED & DISCHARGE PRINTS

Discharge and Water Based prints work best on 100% cotton garments. Due to the inconsistent nature of discharge printing, we will not be liable for minor inconsistencies found in the print and will not issue refunds for this service. It is hard to create an exact Pantone match with Discharge, though we can get close. Also, there is more spoilage since some shirts won’t discharge out as well as others. If you prefer this method of printing, either be open to a small percentage of variance, or have extras ordered.

PIN HOLES

Sometimes our screens will “break down”, and allow a tiny dot (the size of a pin hole) of ink to be printed onto the garments. These tiny marks will almost always flake off during the first wash cycle, or can be removed with a few pulls of high tac tape. Because these tiny marks are not considered a misprint, we will not refund or replace garments with these tiny imperfections. Don’t worry friends, this rarely happens!

PRESS MARKS

In some cases, our squeegees will leave a “press mark” where the squeegee passes along the screen to press the ink into the garment. These marks are not permanent, and do not happen all the time, or on all garments. Like the pinholes, these marks will disappear during the first wash cycle, or with a quick wipe with a damp towel. We will not discount, refund, or replace these garments as it is the nature of screen printing onto fabrics.

ORDER CANCELLATION

In the event that an order is cancelled by a customer the refund will be based on the status of the order. Depending order status, the customer may have to pay a 25% restocking fee or for the garments themselves. If the order is already completed, no refund will be issued.

RETURNS

At Graphic Facts we stand behind our work. We do not offer refunds on any order, but will reprint the order to the correct specs if a mistake has been found. If upon receiving your order you find that something is incorrect, you must notify us within 72 hours of the delivery of your product. Once we are notified, we will do everything we can to take care of any issues in a timely manner. If it is determined that you need to return products to us for inspection or to be reprinted, the product must be returned within 1 business week after order completion.
